Heating Oil Delivery

Q1:  How do I schedule a heating oil delivery?

A:  You can schedule a delivery by calling us at 860-443-2839 anytime during the hours of operation:  Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.

Q3:  Can I get emergency heating oil delivery?

A:  Yes, we offer emergency delivery services to established customers.  Contact us immediately if you're running low outside of normal delivery times.


Q4:  How do I know when to order heating oil?

A:  We recommend ordering when your tank is no lower than one-quarter full to avoid running out.


Heating Oil Tank Installation & Replacement

Q1:  What types of heating oil tanks do you install?

A:  We install a variety of tanks including above-ground steel tanks and double-wall tanks for added safety.


Q2: How long does a tank installation take?

A:  Most installations are completed within one day, depending on the tank size and location.


Q3: Do you remove old tanks?

A:  Yes, we offer safe removal and disposal of old or leaking tanks in compliance with environmental regulations as long as they are above ground.  We do not remove underground tanks.


Q4: How do I know if my heating oil tank needs replacing?

A:  Signs include rust, leaks, corrosion, or if your tank is over 20 years old. 


Heating Oil System Maintenance & Repairs

Q1: How often should I have my heating oil system serviced:

A:  We recommend annual maintenance to be done once a year to ensure efficiency and safety.


Q2: What does a maintenance service include?

A:  Inspection, cleaning of the burner and combustion chamber, replacing filters and checking system controls.


Q3: What signs indicate my heating system needs repair?

A:  Issues like uneven heating, strange noises, frequent cycling, or increased fuel consumption suggest repairs may be needed.


Q4: Can you repair all makes and models?

A:  Yes, our technicians are trained to service various heating oil systems.


Automatic Delivery Service

Q1: How does automatic delivery work?

A:  We monitor your heating oil usage and schedule deliveries automatically before you run low based on a degree day system.  This system runs off the weather. 


Q2: Is there an additional cost for automatic delivery?

A:  No, automatic delivery is a free service designed for your convenience and peace of mind. 


Q3: Can I opt out of automatic delivery anytime?

A:  Yes, you can switch to will call ordering at anytime by contacting our office at 860-443-2839.


Pricing & Payment

Q1: How is the price of heating oil determined?

A:  Heating oil prices fluctuate based on market conditions, supply, and demand.


Q2: Do you offer price protection plans?

A:  Yes, ask us about a 12 Month Budget Plan or a Non-Fixed Preferred Budget Plan.


Q3: What payment methods do you accept?

A:  We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and online payments through your bank.
